1. Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of Evening Serenity into 1 cup of water. As you pour freshly boiled water, acknowledge the "hustle" of the day. State internally: "The day’s demands end at this steam."


2. Cover the cup to keep the delicate, volatile oils of the flowers and the mineral essence of the Nettle within. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes. This is the Season of the Seedling—remember that just because you are still, it does not mean you are not growing.


3. As you inhale the floral steam, consciously "wash off" the day's encounters. Let the lavender-scented air clear your space of any performative energy or lingering noise. This is the practice of Amor Fati—accepting that the "winter" of rest is exactly what your "spring" requires.


4. As you take your first sip, feel the Nettle’s nutritive warmth anchor your energy. While the florals quiet the mind, the Nettle settles the body, providing the mineral-rich replenishment needed to rebuild your foundation while you sleep.
