Shipping & Returns Policy
At Lavara Botanics, we take great pride in the purity and quality of our botanical blends. Because our products are handcrafted and food-grade, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Shipping
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your ritual is on its way.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of SGD $70 or more. For orders below SGD $70, a flat delivery rate of SGD $2 applies.
We currently deliver exclusively within Singapore. We are working mindfully to expand our sanctuary. To be informed the moment we begin shipping overseas, please join our newsletter or follow our journey @lavarabotanics.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Given the nature of our handcrafted food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in our quality-check protocols to ensure every item meets our high standards before it reaches you.
However, your experience is important to us. If you receive a damaged item or encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at hello@lavarabotanics.com. We will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit or if there is a verified defect in the product:
• Please contact us at hello@lavarabotanics.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
• Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., for damaged goods or out-of-stock items), it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your rituals to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, it can no longer be cancelled.
